Meezan Bank is looking to hire in the Information Technology and Digital Banking department at its Head Office in Karachi!

Position: Officer IT Support
Eligibility: BS in Computer Science from a recognized university.
Experience: 1 to 2 years relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support against queries and issues related to computer systems, mobile devices, software and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or through remote sessions.
  • Respond to email queries for customers/users seeking help.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other network devices.
  • Hands-on experience on Operating Systems: Windows (8, 8.1, 10) and Linux SUSE SLED11.
  • To participate in IT projects and provide first-level support.


  • System/Network Troubleshooting skills.
  • Good Communication skills
